Company growing well

They have just taken over a local rival coach company, too much of a work load at times, relaxed at times, no real structure to management unfortunately. Hopefully will get better in time.

Good driver relations

Long days and expected to much of you compared to other drivers who get to sit around all day each day and every day. Plus a high turn over of drivers tells you everything. Wages we're quite poor to for the responsibility you have.

Overall a great place to work

I have been at the company for 3 years now and have been a coach driver for 20+ years. I think it is fair to say they do a great job at being a good and honest employer. The work is varied, pay meets requirements and they keep you busy throughout the year. No company is perfect and sometimes things change last minute but otherwise I would say these are one of the good guys

A nice place to work

When you start working, you can always find the helps if you need. The operators are very nice even you asked silly questions. They don’t just tell, also show you what to do, which my previous job never happened.
