With 72 services nationwide, we have been a trusted partner to over 50 local authorities and Clinical Commissioning Groups since 2004.

Heathcotes are passionate about supporting some of the most vulnerable people in society. We believe in helping our service users to enjoy a life worth living and achieve a brighter future. Watching people grow is a fantastically fulfilling part of our person-centred approach. Our support teams are inspired by a desire to make a difference and change lives for the better. They support each other and celebrate success together.

Heathcotes services provide living environments that closely resemble typical family homes. Each service has only a small number of beds, enabling us to provide the spacious, high quality environments that our service users require. We help them to improve their life skills, develop confidence and achieve greater community integration and independence.

We welcome everyone into the sector, even with little or no experience - full training and induction is provided by Heathcotes, so the only entry qualifications we seek are kindness, compassion and a belief in making a difference. We provide a great team environment of like-minded Support Workers motivated by a desire to have a lasting positive effect on the lives of the people we support.
