A great place to work as been there 32 years. The people who work there are great and they support you when required and they have been forward thinking in supporting mental health, menopause, culture and diversity for all employees
Depending on what region you're in or operating company, the values are different. Lately it has been focused on profits and less on people. That said, I did enjoy my time here and had the opportunity to develop many skills. I was also given many responsibilities that helped shaped who i am today.
Working at Heineken has been a great role for me. Its local and employs a lot of folk in this city. I find my work/life balance has been better since working for Heineken as they're always willing to juggle things about a bit if it means you being able to work whilst still looking after young children or doing the school run! I've been able to fit work around my family perfectly which is something I can't say for most jobs I have. The cleaning is hard work and with it being an outlet for commercial drinks it needs to be completed to a very high standard. It's a busy site and there is always something that needs cleaning or disinfecting.
Great company, lots of perks and good people. Worked with people all over the business and culture is changing and very much people focussed. Get free case of beer or cider every month
could not recommend a better place to work. excellent management and all workers pull together to get tasks done. Great pay and work life balance.
