A lot of people moan and groan about the place, usually the lazy useless ones who haven’t a hard days work in them. Not too bad a place to work at all.

Poor management from owner who needs to stop sweeping up!

Software Engineer (Former Employee) - Elgin, Moray - 3 February 2019

The owner gave me a task to upgrade IT. Their CAD guy was running the network. I told him to change for the company would be very hard to do for the staff and process. None of the staff would comply with the request for what software they ran, turn out they used pirated software. When I complained that this was the case they said to be quiet I also cleaned the network and.noticed that also was not paid for. I found loads of third-party access to their systems, so I turned them off & removed their accounts. The next day they where added again by an unauthorized third party. When I told the head of accounts, she went to the boss and then he fired me on the spot for bringing up the subject with the staff.
