Cover for time off depends if you're a Lifestyle Courier or an SE+ Courier. As a Lifestyle Courier, holidays are self-financed from higher parcel rates (fair pay premium), as a SE+ Courier, you can enjoy paid holiday covered by Hermes (if needed) up to 28 days, holiday pay is based on your average earnings.
