You simply have to apply via the Be A Courier website (www.beacourier.co.uk).
The interview process is quite informal.
Questions will be relevant to the role, your local area, your previous working experience and availability going forward.
You will be asked to bring some documentation with you by the Field Manager conducting the interview too.

Applied and had a telephone interview about 40 mins after as they desperate for anybody desperate enough to do such an appalling and under paid job.
