How should you prepare for an interview at Hermes?

Your interview preparation will depend on the role you're applying for. Make sure to read any details on the job that you've been given, and ask the person recruiting for the role for more information if you need it.

The interview process is quite informal.
Questions will be relevant to the role, your local area, your previous working experience and availability going forward.
You will be asked to bring some documentation with you by the Field Manager conducting the interview too.

Make sure that you turn up

Informal and dress down ... serious minded and show observation skills

There is alot of reading and watching in a lot of noise, you will also need your car reg and driving liscence

Take someone with you for backup incase it turns physical and aggressive

Read up on the highway code and driving offences for drink drivers

The interview is quite relaxed, I was asked questions about my knowledge of my local area, what experience I have, when I would be available to deliver parcels etc. If you want to sign up to be a self employed courier you need to provide certain proof of ID & address documents if you take them with you this helps to avoid delays

Basically you wont need to. Just make sure you arrive on site about 20 mins BEFORE the time required to find the front door!
