What is the work environment and culture like at Hermes?

Rotten and extremely Clicky
All alone
Everyone is dissatisfied and demoralised
Chaos but as long as your easy going it’s relaxed as a driver. Can be a lot of waiting around in the nights for keys, trucks, guidance and late trailer deliveries.
The other couriers are lovely and people that run the depots but management are pushy, and only interested in you if they need failed rounds moving.
