What should you wear to an interview at Hermes?

We want to make sure everyone feels comfortable in their role, Hermes operates a 'dress for the occasion' clothing policy whilst at work, which also includes safety clothing wherever necessary. What to wear for an interview depends on the role you're applying for but should be reflective of the job you're interviewing for. If in doubt, smart casual would be a good way to go.

It is a quite informal process, though it is an interview and first impressions count!

Slip into something casual and colourful preferably a Morris dancers costume

Smart/Casual clothing - it is quite informal but still an interview. Once you have signed up you can buy Hermes uniform if you want. It is pretty cheap, saves wearing your own clothes and looks good when out delivering

Interview will be in a pub and they sign up everyone regardless so don’t worry too much

Nothing they will take anyone in a black bag
