>A typical day at work: arrive at the warehouse, clock in, wait for the shift to start by either resting at the break room or helping staff set up the workplace, go to your designated area and work as instructed, and may get a break if your shift is over 6 hours duration. After shift ends, you get your belongings and clock out.>What I learned: Time management, manual dexterity, ability to work in a fast-paced environment>management: excellent>workplace culture: none that I can think of.>Hardest part of the job: The lack of breaks, often having to stand long hours during the work with little to no breaks>most enjoyable part of the job: colleagues

No good to work no one wants to help or give a hand left in the dark for hours on end wrong parcels and deliver doors would never want anyone to work here

is good place to get experience as a hgv driver and nothing else more,rude office staff no one has a clue what they doing,allways underpaid ,missing hours which they don’t bother to sort them out playing the game to blame each other until you give up

Long hours low pay, and it’s like the managers don’t do anything but boss you around, maybe they should be the ones reaches the new people to the job.

Productive and fast pace

Hermes is a fast paced environment. Colleagues were very helpful and also supportive during my time on the site. With the right attitude and mindset you can progress.
