Well paid good atmosphere

Well paid roles. Given lots of autonomy and trusted to do your job. They need to be more data driven however. Moving towards a continuous improvement culture.

Worst job ever

Worked there last year when I was 17 worst job ever makes me believe slavery still exists until I was 18 worked there 2 months never again no one gives a sh17 about you when you work here !

Management/supervisors do not care about their staff, no career opportunities , security horrible (no respect), no training etc.

Feel very deflated, upset, not valued, sad, and so on. Worse company to work for. They have really done a number on me, i could explain what they have done, but would anyone care.
