Productive and fun work place
I enjoy working at Hero PA, no day is ever the same! Everyone gets on well and we do enjoy a laugh together. The hardest part of the job is probably trying to write down and remember things someone is telling you over the phone, and the most enjoyable part is helping people.

Supportive Management, Fun Working Environment
I worked here last year for a few months. Very supportive management and training. The calls are relatively easy, I was on customer service calls. No crazy targets, unlike other call centres I've been at.

You'll never be bored!
From the time you get in in the morning you'll be answering calls from a broad spectrum of people experiencing an even broader spectrum of problems for you to solve. I personally enjoy working longer hours and having 3 days off.

Hero PA: Lively, Friendly and Educational
Before working at Hero PA, I used to hate answering the phone. In fact, I would feel very uncomfortable in most instances where I would need to speak with people without a plan in place for the conversation. (The only exceptions to this being close family and friends, whom I could relax around). My time at Hero PA has changed this. The sound of a ringing phone no longer sets me on edge and I can now pick up the phone and speak confidently and far more eloquently than I evercould before. Listed below, I feel that Hero PA has given me self-confidence in the following:- Basic communication. Specifically, confidence in speaking and listening.- Awareness of how my tone of voice to help control the flow of a conversation.- Working under pressure. - Multi-Tasking- Dealing with awkward situations and people.- Capturing large amounts of information in small timeframes.- Condensing large amounts of information (which I may not even understand) into suitable formats for other eyes.- Learning and adapting to new elements and changes to the job quickly.- Accommodating for constant disruptions that make the process of completing tasks outside of the primary responsibilities to the position, anything but linear. The highest point of praise which I can give here is that these, listed above, are all highly transferable skills. Working at Hero PA has helped me develop as an individual in ways I would never have imagined to be so beneficial. I am tremendously thankful for the work experience.
