Behind the times. Not willing to make necessary changes to move the company forwards
The company is still ran as if it was the 80's. Some big changes are needed but there does not seem to be the will to make the big decisions and bring the company into the 21st century.However, good quality productsDespatch Operative in Banbury

Enjoyable place to work
The job is easy however tiring being on 12 hour shifts but the benefits and the workforce are great. The only downside to this company for me is the rotational shift pattern doesn’t fit my family life HGV1 Driver in Banbury

Worst place I have ever worked
