Can be very dour place to work.Hierarchies within the company make it a two tiered workplace. There are very few staff who feel respected and the senior management are pompous, rude and self centred. It’s not the good of the many it’s the greed of the few.

Slicing operative in Manchester

Very Large Bakery and Very Clean and Modern. Robotics used. Relaxed.12 hour shifts, we take over from the other shift and your monitoring the bread quailty as it goes through the process and if needed you make adjustments to ensure its good or highlight any issues to your supervisor.Breaks are relaxed and you are not overlooked as you are expected to be responsible - and if your not you will quickly be told off by your work mates as you will affect their work if you fail to be good.

Worst place on earthWorst place to work ever. Management just cares about themselves, employees are only numbers on the computer screen. And if "you don't like it there's the door". This you can hear from you Bakery Manager. Literally it is horrible to work there.
