If you work hard you can earn. But is not so hard as people saying. Everywhere is dificult to began, so you have to learn a lot. if you not HCA. but thats ok.

Don't work here if you value your mental health
After working here for approx 3 years, this is the worst company I have ever worked for. The care co-ordinators are nasty and rude, they don't care about you as a person you are just a number to them. They made me work 14 days in a row (12 hour shifts) with no day-off and if I asked for a day off I was insulted and treated with the loss of my job.
