Administration Assistant in Bristol, Bristol

Good training
Lovely caring people/staff and very rewarding to help adults with learning difficulties. Salary too low for what you do. Some good managers and some bad managers
Support Worker in Worcestershire

I wouldn’t recommend the company, however I love my job because of the staff and people I support. Far too too heavy, which results in extremely poor pay. Take take take, and staff that have been there a while get zero benefit. Too interested in looking after new staff, and don’t care about current staff who kept them afloat during covid, and stuck with them during all the bad stages.

Not the best place tonwork
Management not very good. No recognition for the work done. Clients are great to look after. Staff are great to work with aswell. Company is not the best to work for.
Support Worker in Clifton

Tons of job satisfaction.
Best career move I have made. Yes the job can be stressful at times but work with a team that supports each other well.Everyday a school day really as constantly learning new thing's and paid very fairly compared to other care homes.Management I have always found to be supportive whenever there has been a problem.I would not put anyone off applying but dont think it will be easy as somedays are not!

Poor management and organisation
Very poor organisation and you were always catching your tail. Hours were all over the place and never set. Felt very unsupported and separated from management most of the time. Not a very nice work culture.
