Can be long hours, not much time for family
Can be long hours, not much time for family. There is no progression. Treated pretty bad at most places. I don’t recommend it, it is an easy job for the money really, but boring and stressful with all idiots on the road.

Keep ya head down
Not to good for a company that has avery high profits but will only pay a hgv 1 driver class 2 rates when driving a class 2 . The shifts they ask you to work are not very good as you end up working most w,end for the same hourly pay and pay is the same rate all day long with no extra pay after 8 hours

Disappointed
Management started well 18 months ago, now work is unfairly distributed, the same people pick up all the overtime and cushy rounds .Whilst the quiet ones pick up all the hard wrk that know one else wants.

Basic job to provide a payment
Is a job to provide a means to an end. No real job progression but will give an honest pay if out the hours in. Can be challenging at first but then will get boring once the routes are learnt. No real potential to move up in the industry.

Not good to work for
Bad company to work for as they take over your life with working weekends with no extra pay. They used to have a share scheme but now cancelled the scheme so I decided to leave as no other real benefits. Not much else to say other than I miss some of the colleagues. RW
