No Idea in Bristol, Bristol
on 18 October 2020
Poor direction
Poor. No development strategy, no investment in talent. Non technical. Project management and KPI focus. Poor ethics regarding team and graduate development.

If your face fits you can get away with anything
I was press ganged into this organisation then bullied out by a vindictive line manager and his cohorts. This, however was not before I witnessed staff having driven to Nottingham from Birmingham do a few minutes of work then leave presumably to go home early, with the cabal doing likewise.

Interview questions

Research the role and the organisation. Know facts about them and the role before you turn up. Are there any company values, quotes, standards or catchphrases that THEY use and more importantly that they may ask you about. Read the job description - it's a fair bet they are going to ask you to demonstrate the key requirements. This is your homework for any interview with anyone surely. Make being prepared your mission.
