Company tries many different schemes to boost morale but fails to realise a decent pay would work wonders and stop staff from leaving for better local companies, though recently it doesn't seem to care about losing staff. Also targets at times can be unreachable as it is heavy work.

Toxic culture

Not the best culture to be working in, some lovely people to work with some not so nice people to work with.Unrealistic KPI’s with little to no help from management
