I applied for the RECEPTIONIST position and I was asked to come in for open day where they explained the position and had each table of people do a team building exercise to see how we react in certain situations then they gave us one to one scenarios to see how we would react and lastly I was asked to come in for open recruitment where they explained the position and had each table of people do a team building exercise to see how we react in certain situations then they gave us one-to-one scenarios to see how we would react and lastly in the interview they asked about my previous Experience, top 3 skills I would need as a receptionist which of these three is the most important and why. They asked what is customer service to me.
