Stressful but team work made the dream work

Working from home made it more stressful but overall great company, great work culture, its just unfortunate that during my time it was a heavy workload as there were always complaints from customers to get through/emails/calls etc when you have work to get through.

Bad for moral, due to incompetent manager

No leadership and organisation from manager. No safety shoes provided from manager. Poor quality tools and inferior materials to do maintenance, therefore impossible to do a job properly. Staff moral is low, but don't speak out to change things. If you do speak out like me you fail probation and get sacked without notice. Not encouraged to work as a team therefore health and safety is compromised a lot on maintenance. Manager asks you to use leaf blower on windy days. Very little money for maintenance on a site that is very run down. On call for no money. Unfair rota for new staff.

Didn't fulfill pre-hire promises

Poor hiring meant managers in certain roles were not capable in their positions particularly marketing. As a result, tour flow and channels were poorly managed and product development (e.g. projected new Club Locations) did not progress as promised. Price increases, poor marketing and a US centric product with lots of fees, makes this a hard product to sell.

good job whilst still in education

working here was good when you are still in education, just a weekend job to get you going in like and get some pocket money! The staff were good to work with, within a team and individually.
