dog eat dog culture
I would not recommend working for this company. they are quick to throw their employees under the bus if required. Immature in capability and this show in the constant pressure for answers to the questions that arent understood in the first place.

Worked from home
Initially was very good to work with in my area (Oracle) focus changed to Microsoft so Oracle practise was run down. Overall management was good but practise managers were aggressive and not interested in staff opinion.
Assistant Manager in National

Strange place to work
The people are decent though thats changing fast with new management and rumours of takeovers. When it's got where its going, itll be a decvent place to work.. probably. But many people have left through their own volition and many that left to reduce headcount
Senior HR Generalist (UK/Germany) in London, Greater London

good company for new starters
It is a good place to work and people are very friendly. Little room to progress for support staff. Focus is on delivery staff who get good exposure to interesting projects
