Managment are terrible.
Great job, but terrible management making decisions to suit themselves rather than the company have ran that place into the ground. Had potential to be something amazing.

I loved my job here. Very hands on ! Good pay, good hours. 80% of people are sound but there is always a decent amount of ignorant morons every where you go. Management are the most incompetent bunch of ex military idiots ever known. It is a manufacturing facility not an army barracks. Section leaders and some speciallists are very clicky and bot licky. Made an absolute catastrophe of the recent redundancy situation due to the total lack of management in previous years, meaning very unskilled workers were made out, on paper to be very competent when in fact they weren't. Getting high Mark's for skills and abilities when they couldn't cut a straight line with a hacksaw. HR is run by a bunch of little girls with fake tan on their ankles and on the back of their hands and will stick to company policies and not guidelines. Bradford points, warnings, unfair treatment is very often dished out to team members. If you turn up, on time, dont have time off, dont have an operation, dont take drugs, behave yourself then its decent workplace that pays well as long as you can bite your tounge at the incompetent higher management.
