With some people you enjoy working with others isnt so good...most of the staff is useless and overpaid bit there are some lads that always help others

I have enjoyed my time working at HL/Liniar. The senior management team are friendly and there is the opportunity for some job progression in most departments, although the structure is fairly flat. There is also a good relationship between the office workers and the shop floor staff, everyone is treated fairly and equally.

On site parking, competitive pay, good atmosphere

No flexible working or working from home

Great company to work for

I started with the company in 2016, it was clear from the start that if i was to work hard i would be rewarded for it, after 2 years my position within the company changed and i was rewarded for my hard work with a promotion with the department.Due to the success and growth of the company 1 year later i was offered a second opportunity to become a departmental Manager, the support and encouragement i received from my colleagues was second to none, and still continues.

Worse management I've ever worked for they are completely useless and have no idea how to treat there staff. There is no pay structure its if your face fits and mates rates.

Terrible place to work

Staff treated like animals, you told to rush and go against all health and safety regulations. Any problems or issues raised are laughed off at higher managment. The warehouse is a joke, understaffed and under paid.

Picking profiles mostly. Big warehouse, need to walk many miles everyday Hard work because profles are heavy. Good contact with management. 12h work everyday.

HL Plastics is a very nice clean place to work, pay is ok with your weekend pay included, but you have very low weeks when you are not working weekends, it's 4 on 4 off 12 hour shifts which is very hard on your 4 on but great on your 4 off ?? it's fairly boring job and is difficult doing the 12 hours when a day seems like a week, but again it's made up for with your 4 days off overall a good clean place to work and I would recommend working there

loved it working with elderly people and making sure they are comfortable on a day to day basis and carrying out daily duties and travelling it was an experience and a buzz ill never forget

no progression and repetitive job with poor management

poor management which leads to a poor work ethic for most of the staff. the company will bully you in to doing overtime and tell you that if you do not do the overtime then you will not move forward in the company no matter how well you do in the hours you are contracted to work.
