Over worked. Understaffed and underpaid.
Very stressful environment, prisoners seem to have more say in what goes on that the officers.Not enough staff on the wings to deal the the amount of prisoners.Alot of inexperienced and you g officer who are easily exploited by the prisoners.

Prison service not good
I would never work for the prison service again , it is so corrupt, I was at Warren hill and they care more for prisoners more than staff , you have a younger staff group and they throw you under the bus with anything , stay well clear

Awful place to work
The company is more corrupt than the service users, absolutely shocking and no help and support from management promotions are stupid and only get a promotion if your in a relationship with a higher “band than yourself” the whole system is corrupt

Very stressful place
Understaffed and management don't have a clue or care about staff. Expectations are too high considering what you have to work with. Do not apply unless you can cope with extreme stress and no recognition.

Dangerous and stressful
An extremely dangerous environment where you're expected to do more and more with less and less staff. Management are not interested and don't support staff at all. They're only interested in catching staff out so they can put them through months of stress for disciplinary procedures for minimal mistakes. They're quite happy to breach their own policies in the process. Given the low level of staff...
