Employees have to have the company app on their own mobile to access calendar for holidays. Then managers will say, that's a busy time so no holiday.It’s a monthly pay, cut of dates are usually around 10th to 20th next month. You get paid for 4 or 5 weeks, depends on the month. Maximum contracted hours for a colleague position is 30hrs but very few people get that many. Management can look into exact days and they can print it off to hang in the staff room.
Monthly pay. I got told cut off point around the 20th and pay around the 28th. Not allowed to know exact pay dates. 5 months work. Pay different every month on a 16 hour week.
