What is the dress code at HobbyCraft?

I got told smart trousers but when you see the mangers wearing jeans or leggings you tend to think why bother. Oh, warehouse never cleaned or swept. Store hoovered once a week. Everything is dirty. You will need to wash your clothes after every shift and your hands will be always black with dirt. So don't weat your good smart clothes
