Great coworkers, not the best working experience
It's a fast-paced work environment, so it's bound to be stressful, but it's also a corporate machine. You get paid the bare minimum to do way above your fair share, with very little recognition for pulling your puddings out. The company makes an absolute fortune, and it's owner drives his expensive car to and from any centre he visits, getting offered free coffees, food and drinks, while you get a warning for having a water on the floor, or putting your break food on a tab instead of paying for it straight away. You will meet people there who will be some of the best friends you'll ever make, however the turn over is ridiculous because of both pay and the work you're expected to do. More experienced team members are left to run multiple departments or get stuck working with a continuous revolving door of new employees who don't know how to do their job. The whole training portion of the job is also kind of 'learn as you go', so don't expect much support with that. They also have a tendency to hire under 18s who can't work weekdays or past 10pm, meaning you'll most likely be the one driving home at half 2 in the morning if you're over 18.Despite all this, some managers can be some of the best sources of support available when you're working here. You'll encounter a LOT of just awful customers, but some managers can 100% back you up when dealing with these people. (Don't be hard done by if you are accused of 'ruining a child's birthday' while working here).Managers can also work around a lot of scenarios and situations in your personal life to suit your working rota, however you will have to continuously remind them or go to multiple sources to get the message across.

requires maximum effort for the minimum wage
team member here are all great, as is seen over many different centres. but we have to be, as there's definitely a sense of comradery when the job requires such hard work. expectations are set far too high, with little reward system or recognition of hard work. roles are not as simple as bar or reception, and often a team member is expected to do all of the departments, being left stranded by managers who do not rota enough people and expect too much. I wasn't even trained fully, yet was left alone an hour into my first shift. just stay away.

Everything
A terrible place to work, the only thing that made it was the team members they were all amazing . Management are terrible, they overwork you for such little pay and was given no recognition for our hard work, but instead we’d get pulled in to the office for anything minor. Team members often had to do jobs that management & security should’ve been doing.

fun but stressful
fun place to work, team are great but there is a large turnover of staff. long hours, late shifts are stressful but overall it is rewarding. pay is decent

They ask no questions, they just put you in groups and let you get on with it. Extremely unorganised.
