They don't train you properly but quick to tell you it's wrong and they blame the staff members if the area manager notices problem's which really is down to management. Weekly rotas so can't plan. Staff are never happy. No benefits at all to the job other than 10% discount. They say they can't afford to pay staff any more than 4 hours. It was like been back at school. Always have to give on there terms but if you want favours or more hours you get turned down! Made me feel really down working here and if you want alot of hours and good money here isn't the place. Good for little part time job but that's all.

Shocking management

Terrible management managers all ways on there phones doing what ever they like telling u to go quicker when u can't all ways find something to pick about managers are very unqualified and don't no how to do there job as soon as they find a new worker they fire you with out 24 hours notice and get rid of u to save there money managers have no respect for there workers and just over work staff while they sit back on there phones in the back also don't pay u sick pay what your entitled to

Like 1 big family!

I finally feel like I belong in a work place. Especially with my health conditions management was and still is very understanding! I love the job everyday is different and I love how busy it is.
