Not the best place to work
I started the training was fast pace and effective but get left on you own pretty quick, and the management are bias to who they like and don’t like personally, they constantly push for better and better and it effects mental health
Pros
Good money
Cons
No free time and effects mental health

Good pay, hard work
If you like physical work, this is a perfect job. If you prefer something a little more friendly it probably won't be. The food in the canteen tastes good and is fresh.
Pros
Good pay for the work
Cons
Hard and lonely work

long hours & sore feet
shift patterns with early starts, long distances to walk, not a lot of interaction due to different nationalities employed who could not speak or understand English, days were long for this reason and you feel isolated from your colleagues
Pros
pay rate above minimum
Cons
sore feet and heavy lifting
