Absolutely awful micromanaged to the point every minute of the day is controlled, heaven forbid you take your full hour unpaid lunch break of leave at your contracted 5.30 finish
either long or very short. can be stressful.
There is no one day the same
Visiting clients. Assisting with daily tasks for the client. Shopping, taking out. Small amount of cleaning.
I worked for the Home Instead in Holt Norfolk and found the team and management very professional and supportive. If I hadn't relocated I would still be working there.
