  • The interview process is very good I felt relaxed, they talk through everything and explain how the company works and they don’t try to hide anything , they chat a lot to get to know you as a person. CH

  • Make promises they don’t have any intention keeping! ie mileage hours they can give you and they constantly change the rota it’s so annoying! Waste of time and it’s a shame because the service users are wonderful

  • Easy process. But I was promised things that never came about. For example, having clients close to my home address as and I quote “we don’t see the point in you driving to the other end of town”. Yeah right!!

  • Not fussy who they recruit! Very high staff turnover. Had to discuss hours on first informal interview. Then return for a formal interview then a third for a dbs check. Friendly interviewer- leek moorlands
