Quote relaxed. They ask set questions but in reality if you breathe and can work weekends they'll take you!

The interview process is very good I felt relaxed, they talk through everything and explain how the company works and they don’t try to hide anything , they chat a lot to get to know you as a person. CH
Very quick- I applied for the job on a Thursday, was called the following Monday, had an interview on the Thursday and was offered the job at the end of the interview.
At the end of the day my interviewer wanted someone she would want to look after her own mother x
Make promises they don’t have any intention keeping! ie mileage hours they can give you and they constantly change the rota it’s so annoying! Waste of time and it’s a shame because the service users are wonderful
Easy process. But I was promised things that never came about. For example, having clients close to my home address as and I quote “we don’t see the point in you driving to the other end of town”. Yeah right!!
Relaxed and thorough.
You will be contacted by one of our recruitment team, who may ask you to come along to the office for a coffee and a chat. They will find out more about you, and tell you about Home Instead. And if that all goes well, you will invited to take part in our induction training.
Not fussy who they recruit! Very high staff turnover. Had to discuss hours on first informal interview. Then return for a formal interview then a third for a dbs check. Friendly interviewer- leek moorlands
