Meh
Customer Service Advisor (Former Employee) - Katesbridge - 22 September 2023
Slow day to day work. Not really anything challenging to do. Customers are nice to talk to but that's about it to he honest. I would rate it a 5 out of 10

Fulfilling, for not money oriented persons, be ready to experience rude comments/harassment cases but not on a daily basis

What is the best part of working at the company? Flexibility, training, friendly staff members and Managers What is the most stressful part about working at the company? Irregular working hours despite your availability , late night shifts, underpaid mileage, low hourly pay, some gaps the way things are being administered What is the work environment and culture like at the company? Generally great, there are events oriented for staff, however, I have experienced poor harassment handling case which is supporting the experience of other carers What is a typical day like for you at the company? Could be very fulfilling or a complete miss

Friendships with colleagues are a lifeline, they listen and don’t judge. Pay rate ok, doesn’t change the more qualified you are, all levels are paid the same
Pros
None
Cons
Long days, rota changes at the drop of a hat with no warning

Sounds excellent till you start, its then you realise nothing is what it should be
Professional (Current Employee) - cleveland - 19 November 2023
You cant get work and go for days with nothing then you might be lucky to get 1 hr shift, part time doesnt mean part time, it means full time staff get the jobs you get sick cover or odd 1 hour shift. I've learnt there is no one to trust, you cant contact them out hours via email, only whilst office hours are open you can contact them, but they cancel appointments where they know your reason for going in is to complain, so they say they are on sick, but send email from works email address, which is impossible to do, if you live in a different town to the office, So they Lie. You dont get money back when your supposed to. you get get rewarded like they say you do then they stop your fuel allowance when its states you get 20p from the 45p the clint is charged per mile. I found nothing rewarding at all with company, the only reason Im staying is the clients i have a bond ing with and feel for them.
Pros
the elderly clients are so grateful and loving
Cons
No dbs money, no bonus, no fuel money. no reimbursements, no work.
