Good start as a care worker

For the most part it was a good place to work, it was difficult with the high turnover of staff constantly, many new people in the office, lacked a little communication at times.

Very disappointing

I got offered a job at home instead in Worcester. I started training. Was very concerned regarding two concerns, A because it was a zero hour contract and then the manager sends me an email to say that they're not taking my application further very disappointed as have 28yrs experience. Very disappointed especially for treated somebody who has learning disabilities and autism. By not give me chance. Just because I'm different.

Really enjoy my job although I hadn’t worked in this field before, I was given excellent training, lovely staff, very rewarding, it’s like meeting up with friends every day.Would recommend working at Home Instead
