Great company

The best company I have worked for in 15 years in care. Unfortunately they didn’t have enough night shifts. Other than that brilliant and the office staff always there to help

The service users are really appreciative of what you do and they are all happy with the contact and support they get from the office. Employees are valued and there is good ongoing training The working culture is good and everyone works together

Fun

Support Worker/live in carer (Former Employee) - Chichester - 22 March 2023

Very lovey staff although the salary was not good with other packages but working as family made it fun.It is good woking at Home lnstead. Had anonymous letters pushed through the door every morning when l woke up. Had knocks at my window when l was asleep at night. Reported but no help until l left. My friend who used to work there also left because of the same incidents.

If you want to work doing care do not work with these people, they do not care about you they just want you to work and put Work before your family well family comes first
