I started here in June and since then they have changed my ENTIRE perspective of what good care looks like. I worked in care for a year before moving to this company and this company goes above and beyond what is expected! From the onboarding til now employed I feel supported and valued! The management is ALL approachable and have an open door policy and fantastic communication. They care about you and their clients. I am looking to grow with this company as feel they are making a big difference in our community. If you want a career in care this is the best company in Inverclyde to work trust me.

I’ve been a care pro with home instead for almost three months now. I was a nurse and mental health practitioner for many years previously. I wish so much that I’d made the shift to this work sooner. It’s really revitalised my work life. The management and office team are incredible. Supportive and so welcoming. I can’t fault them. As I come to know my clients more, my love of this work just grows. The money is not great, but that’s care work in general. I’d love to see it recognised and rewarded more financially within our culture. But, that’s a long game. For now, I love my job and the people I meet, both clients and colleagues, really do make this a very enriching experience.

Lovely clients and an rewarding role. we have enough time to care for clients and I feel very well looked after. The training is very good too and advanced but interesting and interactive and very regular. Lots of training.

Love this job . So rewarding . Learning Loads . A really helpful office where nothing is a bother if you need to ask anything . So happy to be able to help clients live in their own homes.
