Great opportunity although sometimes leads can be poor management is decent. I’m enjoying it so far decent money although long hours from time to time so travelling a lot but it’s part of the job.

The worst experience and company I have ever worked for in my entire lifetime and your better off working for tescos

What is the best part of working at the company?None treat you like slaves and robots, you spent more on fuel than you get paid, terrible trading, worst turnover of staff ever.Never get paid what you earnt, always blaming every one else on why you been docked or just paid £249 fuel, you will travel 1500-2500 miles a week for rubbish leadsWhat is the most stressful part about working at the company?Never getting paid on time or correctly,Always worried as you have spent 250-300 on fuel so always out of pocket and to be honest that’s stressfulWhat is the work environment and culture like at the company? To be honest, there ent any it’s all a front to get you to pitch your lead spray foam and if you don’t sell, the management steel it with a phone call and a silly offer priceWhat is a typical day like for you at the company?Driving 300 miles everyday on unconfirmed leads that are offering free surveys, you must pressure the customers to get a sale on the day otherwise it’s stolen when you leave

Sell, sell, sell! 1980’s money culture

What is the best part of working at the company?Poor and very biased training. They just churn people instead of investing properly in them. What is the most stressful part about working at the company?Always expected to close on the day. But I think if you’re a strong closer you can get used to this (I did) but follow up management is undermining. What is the work environment and culture like at the company?High pressure, no nonsense and fear. What is a typical day like for you at the company?A lot of driving 1000 miles a week which negates the money you make when you analyse your costs.

Evil company evil managers, they lie to customers

They lie about product accreditations about their products, which guarantee product safety and that it can be in your home, without having this they still show people they do!

Pros

Commission- when it is paid

Cons

Long hours say bye to your family

Promise much, deliver little

Be prepared to do a high daily mileage and sit appointments that may not have been properly qualified. With most commission payments being as low as £50, unless your conversion rate is high, it’ could end up costing more in expenses than you earn. Reps come and go, it’s a revolving door environment. Any leads not sold are ‘swept’ by the company afterwards and the rep isn’t paid any of the commission if there is a sale, despite doing all the warm-up work. Expect micro-management from the office managers. Essentially, the company makes promises but often don’t keep them. There are better companies out there.

Dont be fooled

Revolving door company. Offers loads of bonuses and commission. It's all alot of rubbish. Managers and higher staff treat the tele sales agents (money makers) like trash if leads dont come in. Only after results. Even with a boring script that's used by hundreds of companys now

Brilliant place to work

I have worked at home logic for a number of years and don't regret a single minute of it. Staff are friendly, my colleagues are like family and the management/company owners are second to none. If you come to work here you will be treated with the upmost respect. Pay and commissions are brilliant. And the annual Christmas party is banging.

Fantastic work place, lots of benefits and great bunch of people.

I've worked at Home Logic for about a year and a half and never had an issue. I am always excited to come to work. We all get rewarded for the work we do and the effort we make, we're all treated fairly. The environment is buzzing, and enjoyable everyone gets on with each other. Home Logic doesn't feel like work it feels like a family which is amazing! I'd definitely recommend my friends and anyone else to get a job at Home Logic.
