Exciting place to work
Working in the operation theatres it was a very interesting job to have. Dressing for work wasn’t an issue as scrubs worn daily. 4 shifts work Monday to Friday with opportunities of overtime on the 5th day or Saturdays. Good hours of work. Opportunity for career progression. Friendly atmosphere.

Stressful environment to work in.
Bottled-neck management approach. No support for innovation, racism and discrimination. Front line staff are very committed to their work and try to do their best under difficult circumstance. Staff shortages.
