Good place to work if you’re looking for something fast paced. Great management and coaching support to help you hit your targets. Always opportunity to advance internally also

Fun, if you’re in with the “in” crowd
The job itself is fine, albeit repetitive. Pay is fair for what you’re doing and there is plenty of progression to be made within the company. However, there is definitely a clique culture within the office. Managers often very unprofessional and gossip on the office floor.

Great place to work
I have been at homeserve for just over 5years, I have seen the company change and grow for the better learning from previous errors and putting them right, me personally hasn’t had a bad experience with the company the managers have always been there to help when needed they’re very open and honest which I find is the best way to be, the company taken the plunge NOT to furlough any one during the pandemic and instead we went to working from home, and even still we had amazing support from the managers and senior managers. Hard work does pay off as I have been promoted to manager and been in the same position for 1 year now I would certainly recommend homeserve to my friends and family for a place to work I’ve been here for 5 years and hope to be here for many more years

Good training, brilliant managers who really take care of hard working team members
I love working here, the calls can be quite intense and stressful but there is always someone close by willing to help. The training process is in-depth and after training you aren’t just left on your own the company has great opportunities to progress too
