Leadership can be very accommodating to you and look for commitment to the mission
They assign you to a press. Sometimes it's not a press that you have ran before. But you still expected to have production.
Busy
Writing training documents, reporting non conformances. Carrying out RCA and Putting corrective action plans in place.
Sometimes it's a bit stressful but we are given leeway to deal with problems. I recommend this company for any Mechanical or Aerospace Engineer eager to start/launch their career.
