What is the organisational culture at Honeywell?

6 answers

  • Honeywell’s culture globally is pushy, pay minimum on everything, use staff but pretend they care. They also run a pathetic matrix management culture with low team work and morale. Probably one of the worst companies I’ve worked for. They are not a brand just a faceless, cold entity driven by greed.

  • Employees are treated like another asset that can be used in any way the management wants. The epitemmy of mushroom management.

  • Engineering for Aerospace

  • Work global environment

  • Hardworking but everthing was done to reduce conflict

  • Strict corporate control
