Making a new process to hit 100% each week incorporating 4 different roles in to one.
Dealing with very dysfunctional situations and, people that were supposed to be your work colleagues.
I enjoyed the need for us to be flexible.
I didn't enjoy that those who weren't were left to idle by and paid more.
