Replace themselves would be great, they are beyond useless.
Nothing really wrong with what they are doing. So no change required.
Give them fair wages and job security

Sort the bullies out who have a reputation for constant bullying. Do more than having a little chat for them to ease off. Discipline them.
Allow for music to be played through radios to keep workers happy
Offer permanent contracts
