Room Attendant in Bristol

Poorly managed
Cleaning is a hard job, but its impossible when you don't have the supplies. Constantly out of linen and had to be washed, felt like consumables were only ever ordered once we ran out of them. Everything was disorganized, nothing in the same place each shift. Management team was a joke, spent most of time sat around on phones. Rota inconsistent and no uniformity within the team and how rooms cleaned.Head linen porter in Doncaster

I'm an ex employee, the management are rude and ignorant, tell lies and keep relevant things to themselves, the room attendants are lovely and friendly, you can put as much effort in and your just used more and more with no thanks.Room Attendant in London, Greater London

Understaffed
I enjoyed working for Hotelcare. The only issue is the personnel shortage and the management doesn’t do too much to change this. Overall, a good place to work and evolve.Room Attendant/Supervisor in Exeter

Boring and very demanding
This job will definitely make your physical and mental health horrible. It's a very hard job with very horrible management. I would genuinely avoid working for the companyWhat would you say about your employer?
