You should always try and listen to housekeep complaints rather than customer sometimes.

Friendly customer Some are not friendly. The hardest part is going to give out key to another housekeep ,also taking 2 buses to get to a customer, deep clean with little hour booked .And some customer don't appreciate housekeep , thinking we are slaves or something else .

Wrost thing ever avoid

They have no respect and willing to drop staff if you get one bad rating and you can't expect to please every customer and I did everything to please the customer I was late but my train was cancelled and if there was something they wanted to better with my clean why didn't they just say something rather than stab in back with a bad rating but 3 stars should still be a good rating never use this ...

In the interview they say everything is very nice but the reality is different. They send me a job bu not know what happened with this job, they don’t take care of workers.

Fun while working

The house keep app is user friendly, with my work I have learnt different cleaning skills, because housekeep kept teaching me more. I love my job.we that I can be boost of knowing people and places
