If you value your mental health, don’t bother!
The only positive to HPG is the friends you make.Since mergers the workload has rocketed, there is no intention from senior management of hiring more staff to help cover extra workload/areas, instead you are left to struggle working your own job and an extra 2 or 3 on top of that, there is no support. If you dare question this or try to explain you cannot cope with extra work there will be a personal vendetta against you, you’ll end up getting sucked into the extra work one way or another. Certain staff are extremely contradicting and do not like being questioned, they’ll also make decisions for your job role without speaking to you, they just expect you to be ok with this and ‘get on with it’.You’ll receive an influx of “your mental health matters” emails. It’s just a cover up, they don’t care.A massive shame as it used to be a nice place to work!If you value your own mental well-being, save yourself time and don’t apply.

Stay far away
This business has caused depression and led me to being sick. Is all about favouritism and hard work is never rewarded. Business is falling apart and everybody is leaving. Happy I left to keep my sanity(mental health)

Dreadful company
The vibe around the office is not at all positive, bullying is a part of daily work life but is denied by management. Every working day is long and stressful with the negativity. Made me ill working for this company so I would NEVER work here again! HR say to contact them with concerns, however when you do they are full of excuses and do not accept that there are any issues despite all the employees raising issues.
