It was good place but supervisor was OK but pedantic and critical and not about work.

What is the best part of working at the company? When I was employed by them I never had any issues or difficulties regarding pay and holidays, also their online account which i found user friendly, I liked the holiday accruement feature. What is the most stressful part about working at the company? As always with Agency's, any work for one to do.What is the work environment and culture like at the company?Recruitment Agency company. Could be numerous assignments What is a typical day like for you at the company?Depending on assignment but where was it was very relaxed and great team.

Flexible and easy work

Working in a Tesco on the clothing department. Easy work and nice team members in Tesco. The work was very flexible, able to choose when I wanted to work. Easy communication with management.

Chilled place to work

It's great working with the public it's very chilled not stressful, not enough work no loyalty after years of service. They have BBQ in the summer and get togethers but if your a temp your not invited.Your treated as a number not your worth! We are all there to earn a living with us temps company wouldn't thrive.Temps should be treated no different to permanent staff.

Pros

No stress

Cons

No job security

Pay Issues and Recruitment Staff Rude.

Pay issues on weekly basis, holiday pay not being put through and always undercutting hours for which should have been paid and taking 2-3 weeks to resolve a query. Talk to recruitment advisers at branch and they scream/shout at you. It is mainly the recruitment advisers who clearly are not educated.

Pros

Nothing

Cons

Pay Issues. Rude Staff.

Unpaid holiday days after the end of the employment relationship

A lot of physical work, even though I asked for a reach truck driver, they lied to me saying that the job is like a reach truck driver, in fact it was about two hours per reach, the rest was just picking, which was easier with the liza than getting on and off from the the reach truck , and now after the conclusion of the employment relationship, I am asking them to pay my vacation days.

Hard Work

Great people, nice atmosphere, team were very friendly and offered hybrid working. Very tough job often having to do unpaid overtime just to get the workload done.

Under average

Not the ideal.Lack of communication. Low pay.Holidays available but got to be organised in advance according to how their client want it to be.Also paycheck must be check because it could be innacurate.

12 hour day building kits with breaks as required.

Great colleagues, okay boss, agency representative was quick to respond to any emails.Typical day - 8am till 8pm, breaks whenever necessary as long as work was completed. Mainly spent building kits, distributing them and collecting used kits to be scanned ready for the courier.

Tough but enjoyable

Recruitment is tough in any company, but here they really go out of their way to support you. I've worked for HRGO for 3 years, and progressed my career with two big promotions. What I liked was these promotions came with pretty big (20% salary) increases. My commission scheme is also pretty decent, in my first year I earnt an additional £6000, and by year 3 that was £22,000. The team are a great bunch, we often go out for drinks and dinner and the directors love to celebrate the good months, so we go out for fancy dinners and shows 3 or 4 times a year as well.

Pros

Commission - Salary - Promotion - Colleagues

Cons

Long hours

False Hopes

This agency promise your the earth when you join. Three days later, after joining a multidrop role for the biggest Mail service in the UK, they terminate your contract. Primarily due to overstaffing. Just before christmas I had to sacrifice working in a full time job when I was promised 35 hours a week with this lot! Never trust agencys.

Pros

none

Cons

Timewasters
