Lovely place to work

Lovely place to work, ran very productively love staff and the resident's are very well looked after and loved. I worked there for a few years and be a shame to leave the company.

Toxic environment, terrible management

Awful carehome. For the last 3 years the turnover of staff has been terrible. Staff are not valued and just a number so they don’t stay long. Always working short. Unsafe for residents and staff. New manager every year. Upper management are the real problem in Lornebank.

Too much

Too much stress not enough pay for the job in hand have to finish night shifts jobs before starting ur own management don’t listen to u everything gets swept under the carpet if ur face fits ur ok

Great care home to work at, staff and residents are great. Based in Dundee, Scotland. Plenty of shifts offered, and manager is quite lovely. Usual issues with care homes but overall a nice work environment
