Organized and clean place.
Working in a line all they long it’s not the best thing but when you work with good company’s it’s can be more easier and the time passes faster. Everybody always try to do their best for good results.

Shame to write this
Overall, you’d think it’s a great company. But the longer you work there, the more you realise. People working there either don’t understand what you’re saying to them or they’ll try ripping you apart when you ask them to do something in a normal tone of voice (Happened to me on couple of occasions one time with a Romanian person and the 2nd time with a polish person) They’d have a go at you telling you that you’re not their boss and they don’t have to listen to you. Working there through an agency is an absolute joke. You’ll work your 3 days a week for say 3 weeks in a row, then you’ll be told that “there’s no work” so you’re jobless for a week or two. So it’s really unsteady. Salary is an absolute joke considering you’re working 12 hour shifts. But suppose the agencies have to make their money too. Had a lot of fun though, worked with some great people mainly Romanians and Polish. Great company to work for if you have a contract and a decent pay.

Horrible place to work
Boxing away hundreds, if not thousands, of face masks an hour, for 12 hours, as they are thrown down the lines at ridiculous speeds. Less than an hours break for the entire shift.
Honestly it’s the closest thing to a Bangladesh sweatshop that you will get in this country.
I felt like an elf doing the same thing over and over again for 12 hours. Overall it is atrocious work STAY AWAY

Great to work for
Huhtamaki are a company at the forefront of the recycling culture that will keep them at the top level in their field. The training you receive allows you to expand your skills. The culture is progressive and fast paced. The best is a factor but the company acknowledges this and provides cooling down processes. The remuneration is excellent for factor operatives.
