Driver/chargehand in Kingston upon Hull
on 1 October 2022
Very toxic employer
Not a nice place to work, massive pressure put on the workforce by supervisors and management, workforce made to feel worthless and the pay scale is low for professional drivers
Apprentice in Hull, East Riding of Yorkshire
on 8 March 2022
Good work life balance good management and time off flexible in working no two days are the same, computer systems are outdated but colleagues are friendly
Adult social care worker in Kingston upon Hull
on 28 February 2022
High pressure but making a difference in a difficult climate
High pressure environment. If your not a social worker you are under valued. Specific people seem to rise quickly through the ranks when their face fits. Immediate colleagues are very supportive and caring but there is a sense of everyone been weathered now. Having said that working directly with people to improve their lives is highly rewarding and we really do 'make a difference- the best part of the job is when someone thanks you
